Created by a collective of agronomists, culinary innovators, and socially conscious entrepreneurs, Avooro was born from the desire to produce avocado oil that reflects purity, transparency, and respect for both people and the planet. From the very beginning, the vision was never to create just another cooking oil, but to build a product that represents craftsmanship, sustainability, and ethical responsibility in every drop.

At the heart of Avooro is a single estate in Kenya, where fertile volcanic soil, ideal climate conditions, and generations of farming knowledge come together to produce exceptional Hass avocados. Every tree is carefully nurtured through organic farming practices, and every harvest is timed precisely to ensure maximum nutritional value, flavor, and freshness. Unlike mass-produced oils that are blended from multiple regions and heavily refined, Avooro remains completely single-estate and first cold-pressed, preserving the natural integrity of the fruit from harvest to bottle.
